In 2015, we put our house on the market with limited to poor results. At the end of the year, we went south for 2 months and received several requests to relist in 2016. Laurie Casey sent us a hand written note indicating her passion regarding real estate and sales!
Well, we met with her and an associate and they mapped out a plan to include a skilled professional photographer, a drone tour and property flyover. Laurie said they would post all with MLS, have two weekend open houses and that we would have 3 offers by 6:00 on Monday!
Well, sure enough, that’s what happened! The house sold without any complications for greater than list price. I cannot possible offer any higher recommendations for a Real Estate Agent than Laurie Casey and RE/MAX on The River!
