Welcome to Groveland MA
Groveland is a small residential community which retains all of the characteristics of a friendly rural town in the setting of a convenient suburb.
- Schools. Townspeople are very proud of their schools: the Dr. Elmer Bagnall Elementary School and Pentucket Regional Middle and High Schools. Groveland-ers speak highly of the "friendliness" of their town and of the recreation facilities along the Merrimac River.
- Recreation. The town supports baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, picnic areas and parks, as well as boating facilities on the Merrimac River, all of which are heavily used by residents.
- Camp Denison Conservation Area is forty-four acres of public conservation land located in Georgetown, Massachusetts. The Camp is open to the public during daylight hours offering fishing, walking trails and a playground. Great Hall lodge is situated overlooking Baldpate Pond and is available for rental for organized events.
- Groveland Diner. What can we say? Great Food, Great Service, Great Value...the way it used to be!
