RE/MAX On the River has a rotating showcase of local art, a Miracle Wall, highlighting a selection of one artist’s work every month. All pieces are available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Children’s Miracle Network.

The newest Miracle Wall Artist is Margie Florini. Stop by during office hours (M-F 9-5, Sat./Sun 10-4) to see Margie’s beautiful work in the lobby gallery for the next few months.

Award-winning artist, Margie Florini, works with unusual skill in many mediums. Florini’s unique cut-paper collages, acrylics and oil paintings are consciously executed to present the viewer with a narrative, a personal story, mood, and sensitivity that can only be “Florini”.

Strong design of the light and shadows is the foundation for each piece. Her houses, gardens and places worn by time are lovingly expressed in every brushstroke.

From 1999 to 2015, Florini worked at Beach Street Studios, an artists’ studio/gallery created by 3 art partners from the ground up – designing marketing strategies, business materials and practices, client and vendor relations, accounting and capital improvements to their leased property. All this has contributed to Florini’s enthusiasm for creative thinking in both art and business.

Florini continues to grow in her knowledge, experience and dedication to the Arts. She is an active member of many art organizations, galleries and museums, including: Guild of American Papercutters, Newburyport Art Association, National Association of Women Artists, Oil Painters of America, Rocky Neck Art Colony and The Saltbox Gallery.

When she is not designing or remodeling homes and gardens, you can find her at work on corporate and residential commissions at Florini Fine Art which is located at 254 Bay Road on scenic route 1A in Hamilton, Massachusetts.
